
This fully guided class is a balanced combination of postures and breathwork. Classes incorporate both active and relaxing postures to cultivate balance, fluidity, and strength. In the spirit of self-study, all are encouraged to explore and adapt this practice to their individual needs. This class is open to all levels.
Price: Free for members! $15 for non-members (not included in standard gym day pass)
First time Guests: Must have a valid waiver on file before participating. Please plan for time before the class to complete in person or visit the link here to complete online.
