Annual Prepaid Memberships are paid in full upon signing up, begin on the first day of business and expire after 1 year.

Limitations

• **Freezes must be submitted before 11:59pm day day before your next billing cycle, are limited to (4) freezes/year, must be active for an entire billing cycle before freezing again.
• ***A guest may only use 1 guest pass per month, maximum of 6 guest passes per year and may not have Frozen or Punch Pass status. Terminated members must wait 60 days before using a guest pass.
