
This fully guided class is a balancing combination of vinyasa flow and longer holding poses. Classes incorporate slow, progressive sequences focusing on alignment that gently builds to a more rhythmic pace. Class will conclude with some longer holds in restorative poses designed to lengthen your muscles and increase range of motion.
This class is recommended for students who have attended at least 1-5 yoga classes, but is open to all levels.
Price: Free for members! $15 for non-members (not included in standard gym day pass)
First time Guests: Must have a valid waiver on file before participating. Please plan for time before the class to complete in person or visit the link here to complete online.
All guests must check in at our welcome desk before participating in a yoga class, climbing or spectating
